The company occupies 100,000 square meters and the total capital is over 100 million yuan. We have 25sets of advanced vacuum die casting machine with capacity of 160 T, 280T,350T,650T, 800T,1250T,1600T and 2000T which are from TOSHIBA, TOYO or UBE. And more than 28 sets of CNC, 6 sets of NC-lathe , also we have about 160 sets of other machining equipments. Main products of the company are aluminum die casting , aluminum casting , zinc die casting , zlloy die casting , aluminum sand casting, which are widely applied to many fields, e.g., automobile, motorcycle, electric machine, communication and hardware etc. Annual total output can be more than 12,000 tons.
We have high level technique and a large number of engineers .They have the ability to design mold ,technical developing and machining. We have a line of inspection instrument include spectrum analyzer, CMM, X-ray flaw detector. We have successively passed ISO/TS16949 quality system and ISO140001 environment system.
